Официальное название: "Доклад президентской комиссии по расследованию убийства президента Дж. Ф. Кеннеди" [Report of the President's Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy]. Завершен в сентябре 1964. В докладе сделан вывод, что президента застрелил убийца-одиночка Л. Х. Освальд [Oswald, Lee Harvey]. Комиссия не нашла доказательств наличия заговора с целью убийства с участием самого Освальда или человека, застрелившего Освальда, - Дж. Руби [Ruby, Jack]. В докладе не определены мотивы убийства, которыми мог руководствоваться Освальд, проигнорирован ряд доказательств о связях третьих лиц с убийцей президента. Выводы комиссии практически сразу вызвали сомнения у общественности. После ряда расследований, проведенных комиссиями Конгресса и независимыми лицами, у многих сложилась уверенность в наличии такого заговора. Среди обстоятельств, не расследованных комиссией Уоррена, связь Освальда с ЦРУ [CIA], прокубинскими и антикастровскими организациями, проживание Освальда в СССР, неадекватные обстоятельствам действия спецслужб по защите президента в Далласе и некоторые другие. В декабре 1978 комиссия Конгресса пришла к выводу, что в Кеннеди могли стрелять одновременно два человека из разных точек.
